I figured it was "Can you only pick one Stat Passive Hyper Skill?" but I thought it might have meant "Can you put more than one HSP in a skill?" which was far less likely.
Actually it's the 2nd. I'm wondering if you can Hyper Skill stack, such as getting +HP six times and get +90% HP on a ranged character. I'm assuming no, since that's just silly.
