If Cygnus ever got put in gMS...

This might have been answered, and I might be intruding, but does one's account need an open slot to make a Cygnus character?

Unless something changed since this class was first introduced, you need to have an empty space for your cygnus character to be created. I personally think that was why the extra character slot item was first created but I'm probably wrong about that.
