Going to watch it later, but seeing the title I have a feeling what's happening in the video. There needs to be a way to downright stop talking toys when the batteries are too low to have them function at a normal rate. I'm sure somepony got emotionally scarred from a Pinkie Pie voice slowed to a crawl.
