You have 20 minutes total, but the first 3 you can't deal damage (this is when your expedition's supposed to all enter the map). So it's really ~17 minutes. It's never taken me more than 10 though, soloing.
Also, did ~6-8 runs on my Fighter when it was level 5x and it was decent exp, never got a Bain weapon, got about 1 Balrog weapon per run though (they're similar to level 80-90 gear but 8 slots untradeable)
