How did your scouter not blow up? And what the hell at the HP. Can anyone even touch that thing without getting one shotted?

Um... I have no idea. I haven't tried fighting it. There is another boss, however, that spawns as an event (see the yellow dragon icon at the bottom of the screen? It's a gauge that, when filled, summons a dragon) and it has around the same kind of HP and power level. It definitely one-shot kills nearly everyone, except Namekians.
