Just buy Phantom Blow then? I mean, the book costed me 150m here in GMS, it shouldn't be that much more expensive in JMS, unless the people there are crazier about Dual Bladers than here. Then you just gotta hunt for Final Cut, and you will get some nice EXP and other Dual Blade related books in the meantime.
