I sent an email to billingpp on friday from the email connected to my account, thinking that's what they'd expect you to do. no reply from them yet for me. more waiting...
oh, and not only is nexon systematically closing any thread regarding this issue, they're now also censoring our posts. the thread mentioned in my last post was closed, and i luckily found another thread started on the nexon forums:
