Well, that's going to help somewhat, but it's not going to save you from washing entirely. Even with a sheriff's badge and all 3 pieces of bosshunter gear, that's 400 HP. (Btw, if you can get it, Bosshunter Overall is wayyyyyyy better than top/bottom) You're also going to be taking a huge hit to your damage. I mean, an HP glove... even if you would only be using an "average" 8 attack glove, that's still loosing 8 attack points. That's pretty big. If you had a better glove, say 15, that's an even bigger drop. You might be better off just buying a well-scrolled Kandiva and using your regular gloves. I mean, more than likely your gloves won't be getting 100 HP on them anyway, and the attack loss will be less.
don't underestimate how much that's going to hurt your damage. You're also going to be losing out on a lot of defense, which while it may not seem like much, will end up forcing you to get even more HP from gear.
In short, Having HP gear on hand if you need it is good, but I don't think you can get enough from this (without massive hits to your damage) to avoid washing in general. Just doing the bloodmaster thing sounds more efficient.
