What's up with my old White Knight?

I'm not sure if there's something wrong. He's got nothing on and has max HP Boost. He only has 7,088 HP at level 88, and I know I HP washed him about 10 times or so back then so that'd mean his HP would be even lower. My UA White Knight, with nothing equipped (and minus card effect/Cassandra HP boost), had 7,495 HP at level 88 and she didn't HP wash at all. That's assuming the following though:

The Card Effect (+1,200 HP) and Cassandra's water event buff (+1,500 HP) are affected by HP Boost, otherwise that'd mean my UA White Knight has even more base HP than my old White Knight from ~2008.

HP Boosts:
+564 from gear (this was checked by taking off my gear and noticing the difference in my HP)
+1200 from Card Effect (need to confirm if HP Boost affects)
+1500 from Cassandra buff (need to confirm if HP Boost affects)
