It's a glitch that's existed since one of the betas. There's an 'order' to the 4th job skills reverse/timeless items give bonuses to, and any item that has +1 to skills, *only when CO is active*, will do +1 to every skill before that one in the order too.

Iirc it affected some 1st-3rd job skills too but not all.

I guess it's just so rare for a Paladin to have a +1 skill equip with unmaxed skills that it doesn't come up.

I'm not sure how to find that thread again, I think I posted the order.

i remember that, i completely missed that the weapon had the +1 thinguie, and asked for aswan. i can't find it for the life of me though
