Yes, but it's damn slow. you have to be active, otherwise the guage starts to drop after 3 minutes. I would be fine if we could afk and get emblems like that. Also, you get emblems faster if you get more kills iirc. When you can barely move, attack or last 10 seconds without dying... yeah. Maybe I should just try it on my evan instead, but PvP is definitely not for arans.
