I would be pretty annoyed if they rolled back. I managed to pass a single 25% on 5 different tops spread throughout my account and I doubt I'll have the luck to do it again (each character gets 60 free coins). They also seem to fail to redeem NX spent correctly whenever there is a roll back, and I spent around ~15k, which isn't a lot, but I'm not losing it to a Nexon fu'ck up.
