The problem with a single-party run is that mass seduce hits 12 or so people, so the entire party will be mass seduced. Sure a Bishop can Hero's Will out of seduce and heal the party, but with 6 people and 230m HP, you may be mass seduced more often in 10 minutes than you have Hero's Will. You'd bring 2 Bishops, so that's 2 Hero's Will + Heal in 10 min, coupled with everyone else's individual Hero's Will to get you out of 3 mass seduce. Add Time Leap and that's 6. I haven't actually averaged how many times I'd get mass seduced, but it's risky regardless. Plus, you'd have to take into account the fact that the right hand Seals.
I suppose with the party that you would bring (Hero, Shadower, DrK, Buccaneer, Bishop, Bishop), they could survive the barrage of rocks while in seduce with their HP (HP/MP for the Bishops), or as you said, to only have the melee classes attack while the Bishops sit and Resurrect if deaths were to occur. It would just take a long time to complete the task. Plus, before you'd even get there though, you'd have to worry about getting past the tail and legs with only 3 attackers (4 if one of the Bishops attack). I suppose ME would become useful there. *ponders*
