I imagine the number of tickets they closed is some 7~8 digit number. The time it would take to read and respond to them all would be tremendous and not worth it, so I can understand why they did this. At least they are trying. And 1k Maple Points is better than nothing.

While it's good for you, you just can't expect them to go through all those tickets, with more than half of them being no longer relevant, and find the ones that need addressing (which might include yours). If your issue is still relevant, I'd suggest resubmitting the ticket. They are a little better at this now (compared to the last year, at least) so maybe you can expect a proper response to it in a timely manner.
