Fairy Tail Thread (Spoilers)

My god, I didn't see that coming. My only regret is that they didn't leave that guy to Makarov to go Titan mode and beat the sheep out of him before Sting Killed him:

Here's my hypothesis for the rest of the arc:

Girl in the cloak is Lucy. Having Lector die this time around kinda confirmed it for me. Mashima would really have to have balls to kill off Lector at this point in my opinion. So, eventually there will be a time warp which takes them back to the beginning of the Grand Magic Games where things are resolved and they know how to finally fix everything.

FT will not have had their winning streaks and Lector will still be alive. Sabertooth will still be the top guild, and future arcs will be to give FT a better image still. FT's winning streak and Natsu beating Sting/Rogue singlehandedly combined with the death of Lector really make me think a time warp will happen.

That sounds plausible but its also too simple. Having Fairy Tail choose between their victory and the sake of the world sounds fitting for the manga. Their choice would be obvious, while everyone still laugh at them, they will know in their hearts they are the greatest. But then it would be really disappointing for something thats building so much hype, like Tobi> Obito> Madara >OMG who's this> Obito was.

Unless it is something like: Everything develops, they all have their fights, Sabretooth, Mermaid, Lamia, FairyTail, etc, while those that know the truth are trying to stop the background plans. Things break loose and despite their greatest efforts the world goes to hell. Then in their last breath they learn what was their mistake and use an ultimate resource to send someone back and change that little detail which made all of their efforts fruitless (*cough* Lector's death *cough*)

I know it sounds like whats going on right now, but I really would like to see in full detail what this Apocalypse future is about, before someone comes in a saves the day.
