Bad is bad; people are still going to complain. The company is certainly not reputable; everyone I've ever mentioned Nexon to, online and IRL, knows them for their overall terrible service (though, this shouldn't be taken universally, of course).

Want Nexon to change? Nexon only has as much power as you all keep shoving into it by buying NX and/or continuing to play.
