I know for a fact it is just my character. Someone gifted a lot of those pufframs to my account locking me out of cash shop. I've heard that other people that had this happen to them already have theirs fixed so nexon thinks they've fixed this.
And yes i've already logged a ticket, it just annoys me now because red leaf high is ending and I won't be able to get the totems.
