Not to mention Cygnus meteo is weaker by 70 Basic attack. I don't think it'll be that much of an issue, really. For leeching, yeah, for KSing or using it as a map defense, no.
I wouldn't see a point in using a Cygnus character to defend your 'main' 10X+ character either.
