Horntail's Arms

I would like to know this information for crazy runs like a 1pt run or less in the future. Just fun stuff I would like to try and this information is very important as the wings have 270m hp and the arms have 230m hp. Thus if all your attacks hit both the wings and the arms the arms would go into mass sed before the wings die. Knowing about how much hp the arms have regened so you can kill the wings without having to resort to powerstrike would be very helpful here.
