A: Use shield scroll + guardian scroll on equip to be scrolled
B: Use vega with a 10% scroll
C: If success, yay. If fail, the slot remains and the scroll is not gone but is reverted back to a 10%, sadly.
IIRC, I think you have to use the guardian scroll on the scroll, not the equip but I could be wrong. And I dont know if Vega+Guardian would stack, since it's 2 CS effects on 1 scroll
