Watts aren't a good indicator of a PSU's performance, I'm sure both PSU's I linked severely outperform that $20 PSU you found.

^ That's the one I got, it was on sale for Cyber Monday which explains the cheap price tag. It has sufficient amperage on the 12V rail and all the connectors needed, so I decided to go with it.
And I usually don't go by reviews either because they're mostly BS, but I Google'd some professional reviews off other sites, and this PSU did well.
