Bring back Permanent Cash Item Events, or have another option allowing for roughly 182 Days (Half a Year.) or 1 Year. I'm certain your making enough money as is.
It's a stretch, I know, since it gives people liberty to just buy those things almost yearly, which kinda drives their profits down, however, those can be set up like events as well. Doesn't have to be always yearly...sorta like Permas...they've gone completely off-grid for some time now.

Also, since we're on the subject of buying things with mesos...Can we buy innocent scrolls for mesos? Why must it be worth 5.9k nx just to revert a weapon to it's original state...And I mean to when it's COMPLETELY CLEAN. Even Enchants are gone. Potential? Debatable. Epic And Higher are kept, Rare is not. It will turn back to hidden.

And honestly, can you have some sort of way to travel back in time to Old NLC? the tower proved somewhat of a useful training ground to 80~100 characters. Even if there was a abundance of vaccers.
