Make the crafting system more worth your time to use. Make getting potential on the items easier, make the requirements flexible, add some good items into that pool instead of them always dropping from new bosses.

Raise the max levels, and add some freaking awesome stuff. Maybe stuff with character effects, or just something interesting. It's a great system and you're doing nothing with it.
