You will never use 5113 nukes without destroying the whole earth. Never. It's not about who has the most nukes, but who uses them first and smartest. Though, when it comes to Russia vs. USA, both countries would probably end up bombing each other into extinction.
No I got the point, I'm pretty sure we all know they're not going to shoot them. They're insurance and the consequences for using them is too great to use them. You need to take a second to think "Hrm, maybe we all know that no one is going to shoot off Nuclear missiles".
Also using a meme to use a response makes you look stupid. Just saying.
