Yeah the number amount isn't what bothers me about this.. I suppose disarming would be stupid though, I just wish they wouldn't publicize nuclear warheads at all in this day and age.
The thought of them upgrading the missiles/warehouse just brings the thought that they may want to use nuclear powers in the near future.
