Barely any downside? KSing is quite the opposite, it would easily multiply the amount of KSers 3 fold, probably more. Also I wouldnt be too fond of seeing so many 120s running around, the min level to make one is 30 right? They should implement something that makes it so your cygnus character cant surpass your normal one in levels, or something, that'd at least keep us from having a bunch of 120s running around.
