There was no majority in that vote and the margin by which the 'against' had plurality was statistically insignificant given the population size and the unrepresented portion.
In short, a three way split between for, against, and i don't care means there was no "winner". The
system had to be rewritten from scratch regardless, so I added the

There's a vast difference between a negative comment "I disagree with you" and flaming "shut up you frelcking moron". Unless you can find a way to make the
mean the latter instead of the former it's not flaming and your argument is moot.
