I expect you to, at the very least, get to the 1700s-1800s ELOs bracket, possibly higher. This isn't me merely spraying you with praise. I know how well you play as well as your extensive knowledge of mechanics. At the very least I expect you to get to the ELO bracket I mentioned. It's time for you to get out there and shine.
Also, as you already know, top ELO = ELO determined for S2 rewards. Which means if you lose one too much ELO (tilt, not doing well, etc), that won't have an effect on the rewards you'll get. Now the question more will be like "will you push past your fear of negative factors in ranked - notably feeders, trolls, etc - to play as many ranked games as possible?"
