The volatile group that assaulted the embassy were an extreme minority that were suspected of blending in with protestors to carry out their attack. Some of the people present hadn't even seen the video. Therefore, I'm not sure what you're getting at by using the term "these people," however there are many considerations to consider before we find out whether Libya's citizens can be assumed responsible. Libya has undergone radical change with the usurp of Gaddafi and that radicalism could still fester in the minds of many groups that don't have a strong alignment towards establishing a system of order for the country."these people" as in the minority that's burning flags and buildings. Of course most of the people don't care or at least don't support violence, besides many people protesting seemed to be protesting against the riots.
However, if we used their brainless logic that USA, Germany and Britain are responsible for the video, then with the same logic; whole damn Middle-East and all of Africa are responsible for the murder of the ambassador. That's the scale of generalization these zealots are making about the whole "western world".
