And where did you get those ridiculous numbers for DoT? I don't think DoT can ever reach even 5 mil damage per tick with a max range of 999k
Do tell, why wouldn't DoT reach those numbers? If you are assuming an F/P capable of reaching non-crit 10mil hits on meggido flame (700% per hit) AND the DoTs are 700% as well, even if it isn't affect by some of your passives (Someone mentioned something like that? I'm not too sure, amp maybe?) then I don't see why something like 7-8mil~ per tick isn't possible? In any case, it is a far cry from that 90-150mil you listed, because you are totally downplaying the DoT in that case.
