I put god in quotation marks because I wasn't sure if it was specific to muhammed or allah.
Edit: I'm also aware that it's forbidden to do all of that, I've watched family guy/southpark which both jokingly, almost, but didnt defy this. They were more offended that he was made a fool and a lot of stereotypes or black and white details were exaggerated. That's the impression I received reading all these articles.
