Make permanent NX items transferable to all characters on an account.
I can understand not letting 30 day/90 day items, especially clothes, be transferable since that seems to be a major source of revenue; people want to make their characters look spiffy while they're grinding them.
But permanent hyper tele rocks or pets/pet equips should be an exception. Those items cost a good chunk of money, with the tele rock being $30 on it's own, and they're limited to a single character type? Not cool.
