You can only report bugs on their forums now.
Presumably it's so that people can see what has already been reported and just add to the relevant thread (if they have further info), instead of there being hundreds of open tickets for the same bug.
What happens in practice is that people don't read, and do start new threads for the same topic. The mods, such as there are, usually don't combine them. Everybody keeps bumping their own threads. Stuff gets lost in the spam. Or the GMs pretend that it got lost, when there's a topic they'd rather ignore.
