Cannoneers didn't get the quest (this was like 8 months ago so I don't remember clearly)
Mercedes could do it, but it had to use the bow that was given in the quest. Luckily it didn't have to buy arrows
Demon Slayer could get it
Jett couldn't
Phantom couldn't
Mihile can't
In December when Luminous comes out, there will probably be a shitload of bugs. Not able to use mastery books, no level 18 quest (however it didn't show that it got it in KMS), no aliens, no bosses like Zak or HT.
Then again, I hope I'm not jinxing it because I planning on maining it.
