I never have mana issues on any character in aram due to
- If i need mana regen, i build a philo stone regardless of the champ
- I build a chalice if I need mana + their team is heavy AP
Spamming skills in aram doesn't work that well except for a few champs e.g. nidalee, janna. Even with philo though I never really have mana issues. If you burn all that mana on poking/clearing waves and then a team fight breaks out, you're worthless unless you're an auto attacker.
