I finished c25k two weeks back, going for time. Did a few more 30 minute runs in the following week, then took the last week off because the transition to pavement back in week 7 really pineappleed with my shins. Went back out today, hit a good stride and ended up doing my first true 5k run. Took 42 minutes with no walking, but the speed will come. I think I'll start the 10k plan.
I think this qualifies my current state as the most physically fit I've been in my adult life. Still got 20 pounds to catch back up to where I 2 years back but that means I'm still 20 pounds ahead of where I was 2 years before that.
I feel good.
Oh, and my new computer showed up today. BORDERLANDS 2 IS IMMINENT.
