I don't see how having Dash can hurt you, I doubt you'll even use any of your 1st job Pirate skills at 4th job anyways.. Maybe it does matter pre-4th job, but afterwards, no one really gives a damn if you max (or have points into) Dash, they shouldn't anyways, unless they're arrogant fools who believes that things are truly written in stone. Then they're just morons.
