They don't under current standards, but it wouldn't be hard to create a boss where they would.

Assuming we're talking unbuffed here, because there's hardly any way a Mage could match what an Onyx Apple does for Nightlords. They'd need to be hitting like 15 things at once with elemental advantage, with their summons out, and be using an Onyx Apple (or better) themself.
