Mihile and Empress Blessing.

Since Mihile is a KoC, does making a lv200 one make you able to have lv46 Empress Blessing (lv200 + lv6 Noble Mind)?
Or is it capped at lv30? If it is, would making a lv150 Mihile make you able to get lv30 Empress Blessing? Since Nexon glitched the Stained Soul quest and all.

It's capped at 30. You stop getting blessing level ups every 5 levels at 120 like regular Cygnus Knights.

But look on the bright side, it just means that by the time they fix it, your Mihile will be so overleveled that Arky will be trivial to beat.

Started it the same day we started running for the quest, and we ran every day, so the 8th.
