Small patch, yet lots of bugfixes.

EDIT: There are so many bugfixes I won't bother to do this patch. I'll let Nexon do it for me.

Not only did v115 introduce a ton of new bugs, it also broke almost all the fixes they've applied in the past few weeks. That's one of the reasons it's taking so long. They most likely have to test everything too.

I like how often Nexon's bugfixes also break old patch fixes.

Also some beginner and mount skill changes
