I used to regularly go on that site, so I know a bit about the admins/smods etc.

I still stand by my opinion that private servers were the best thing to happen to this game.

many of these TOS are laughable and probably have no legal basis to enforce them. I mean, true, you did click the yes button but that doesn't really make them really binding as a contract.

Though at most they will probably never be able to enter the US ever again if they get a default judgement, or risk having to pay the judgement.

Yes, what he should have done in original submission is challenge jurisdiction alone and not engage with any other elements of the case. By saying stuff like their case is wrong etc he is accepting jurisdiction.

They tried to rip off our status page for their own forum and bypass the advertisements on it for nearly a week of move after counter move, then created their own site to compete with it all rather than just linking to it and giving us credit in the first place.

Nexon doesn't even know who/where cam1596 is, they actually mailed one of their other staff members(don't know who) thinking he was cam1596, and from what I've seen, alphaamar doesn't live in the US either. I'm pretty sure he lives in Canada and India. The only person Nexon got right in all of this is Ryan Cornwall, whose RiPE actually harmed the game. lonerboy barely had 6th grade grammar, let alone able to code/exploit MS. Like you said, they can't touch Bizarro/Yuy, and can't find alphaamar/cam1596. Everyone else they've attacked were just staff members helping run the day to day on the forum.

It's all kind of laughable. I mean if Nexon knew what they were doing or were intimidating them in anyway, the site would be shut down already, or at least forced to stop selling their program.
