You seem to be confusing stupidity with greed. There is nothing stupid with complaining about a potential nerf.
People have put their money( hard earned in some cases) into getting great pot stats. Using some money on the activities you enjoy is a great thing. Especially considering that Nexon has got to earn some money. How else would people( like me) who don't spend a dime on this RPG be able to play?
The fact that Nexon offers game breaking divinity in Maplestory if you invest alot of money in it, is hardcore stupidity for the average mapler. Though I must admit, a seemingly great business move. Just look at the company's revenue!

I admit Shinku got it right. This is about perceptions. I gotta make clear this is specifically about potential. People didn't pay they "hard" earned money to be able to do stuff in game, because as it is now, you can enjoy and beat almost all the content in MS without potential. They spent their money to get an advantage above others. The thing is, if potential was nerfed, the only thing being really affected would be the gap between all players with or without potential, which would become shorter. Yes it is greed, but it is also stupid to rage about the posibility others might do damage closer to yours.

Has anyone thought that the Novan race is not technically a Maple character and it just has a connection to the Maple World?

Impossible is not something that should be banked upon in this game. And given that it is limited to weapons and I'm pretty sure %boss and %ignore defense are still better, I wouldn't be too worried about it.

where did you get info that it said that can be only be on weapon potential item?
it seem like 1 attack per level potential line can be on any equip that is level 30+ that is legendary....
which is sound too be crazy that a earring or a ring or mask can have a such a potential line that grant them 1 attack per level? also same thing for 2 int/luk/str/dex per level this too is seem too be so over powering that ... it cant be on normal potential equip... i bet these new potentail line must have some kind of limitation or must be on certain type of equip and certain level or certain tier possible 5th tier

It's not +1 for each row of the table (Incrementing by 1 for each row).

The first column in each row represent ten level increments in equip level, for example, a level 70 equip falls under row 7, equips 61~70, and a level 95 equip would fall under row 10, equips 91~100.

The second column is the potential you get at that level range. For example a rare level 70 item with % STR would have, under Pool D -> 010041 - STR : +#incSTRr% -> Row 7 -> 2% STR. The fact that each row lists Attack +1 means that regardless of item level, you'll recieve the same Attack +1 potential.

The variable for this, however, is incPADlv. In the previous instances where we've seen lv, it precedes a 2, as in lv2DamX, where the value of this variable is a constant which you multiply by character level to get the effect, from the bucc card, for example. So, it's natural that we'd assume that the lv refers to Character Level, and though it's not lv2PAD, it can be assumed that by incPADlv having a value of 1, it means the bonus is +(1 * Character Level) Attack.

Nigh time for that. Even though aran and evan dmg got buff to pretty OP stage durion union patch and they kept their dmg, their skill set/animation reek of pre BB whereas the other 3 heroes obviously shows they were from post BB era.

Tiger and phoenix? If my guess isn't off, there should be turtle and a dragon too? Hm
