How the heck are you supposed to dojo nowadays?

Unless you're playing Mercedes or the like with ridiculous mp regen, you spend a lot of downtime just futzing about with normal attacks.
I mean, with Phantom I can just afk during the fight and wait for mana, but still, it's awful.

You use an Evan in the card deck. Problem solved. Biggrin
Also, if you have the Empress set the extra MP regen you would have had in Dojo will be bugged out.

Yeah, I have some extra regen, but it's only like 200 mana per ten seconds or so; hardly a help.
And **** Evan and his bs cash shop magic guard.

Having high level empathy also helps with the Evan card's MP regen. Rolleyes

My shadower has 6-7k MP and no problems whatsoever, no evan card either. :f6:
There's a chance that the regen in dojo is % based though, and this is an old character started back when int gave MP on level up.
Also, if you have enough MP to get through the round, the timer doesn't count when you're in the waiting room so you can bring a familiar (Although from my little experience familiars act strangely in dojo).

Familiars don't heal MP in the dojo.

Just curious how many stages are there in Dojo? I got to round 28 or so before I ran out of MP.

40, 47 if you include rest stages.

I got nearly 2/3 of the way there... ehh. At 200 I can probably do it.

How much MP does the Evan card restore? Or give? Or what...

70% chance, per attack, to recover 2/4/6/8% MP. Can only proc once per 60 seconds.

It's bugged though so there's no cooldown.

Ah, that will explain why the Aran effect is giving me 8-10k+ HP on my DS during Empress.

The cooldown might not even be for the normal procc, the way it is formulated it sounds like it is for the 2x amount.

Jett should also be fine in dojo. I can't use my MP fast enough to even beat the regen. I pretty much have infinite MP.

It's not a bug. The 60 second Proc restriction is only for the Double effect.

EDIT: Ninja'd...

Is that so?
What triggers the Double Effect?

If you proc it two attacks in a row the cooldown starts.

So I'll always have a % HP heal if I have an Aran card and the cooldown will only start when I trigger this supposed Double Effect?

Familiars don't heal by themselves in dojo, but if you spam click on them bringing them out/putting them away over and over they will still heal.
I use the Arkarium ring set which hinders MP regeneration so I do that in rest stages when I'm low on MP.

Yeah pretty much. I don't play an aran but i can't see the appeal if an aran is your main because i'm under the assumption that arans are always at max HP anyway so long as they attack.
