I sat for an hour in the butler's map. If only we could skip the tutorial then maybe we wouldn't have this issue.

So much for gettting to 30 before work.

How long does the Phantom Hot Time event last?

Because I don't see a Phantom Hot Time book icon on the left side of my screen on my lvl1 Phantom (while I do see it on my other chars).

I assume you only see the Hot Time book when you're lvl10+ or something?

Yeah, you have to be Level 13 to get it. Also, you have to relog in order to get it because the book icon won't update automatically.

Known Issues: Bera/Khaini channel and Phantom disconnections

Please avoid going to channel 4 in Khaini and channel 15 in Bera, and please avoid creating Phantom characters in these worlds. Disconnections are occurring when going to the listed channels and when attempting to take the portal from the Lumiere to Ereve during Phantom's tutorial. The disconnections are following by an incorrect error stating that your account is already logged in.

We are currently looking into the causes of these issues and how to resolve them.

Bit late for that...at least they are aware of the problem.

At least they are looking into the character slot bug too.

Got locked out on channel 14 in Khaini. Of course.

wtp? I got DCed a couple minutes ago, and now Gazed alliance is down. Thought the maintenance was for Khaini and Bera.
