Sengoku Era Information! [JapanMS]

Rough translation : When it was raining in Okehazama, due to the exhaustion of his troops, the military commander, in a good mood, drank sake together with them.

I'm not even sure where these hints are going. With it only talking about military stuff, it almost makes me believe there won't be a female class... Oh, well. We'll see this week when the teaser page gets updated.

Those fragments you get everyday don't feel like actual hints but as memories about this character, maybe hinting the stiory behind it. They seem to portrait him as the captain/comander of some army, someone righteous and kind appreciated by all his followers. Then the BlackMage extends his reach and tries to conquer Sengoku and now this guy is going on to fight, for his master and his ppl, simple as that.

As for the girl, is there even any hint that there would be 2 classes coming out with this? She could be a side character, just like Lady Syl and Dual Blade:

That was my train of thought. Uni, the famous JP extractor, seems think it's two classes. He probably knows more about it, assuming he's the one that took the picture of the poster. I guess we'll find out in 3 days.

Really? I can't say they have done much that beats Masteria pre Alien invasion. Neo Tokyo could possibly contend for the throne, but Showa, Mushroom Shrine and Kaede Castle are absolute trash. I do like the Hime map back in the days when a spawning Tengu was absolute dread, and I enjoy the JQ to get to Castellan but the rest is a fest of bad game design. The Db and Evan changes are just odd and serve no real purpose.

In today's MapleStory... yeah, of course they're not that great. When they were first released several years ago, they were amazing. All of the areas were well used up until Big Bang (in JMS, at least)... Then no one ever went there for anything but the Armored Warrior boss and Tonosama.

Just because GMS raped those areas doesn't mean that they were bad in JMS. In my old days of JMSing, those were the best areas to ever train on. Henchmen D gave excessive amounts of EXP(Compared to monsters then) and were a blast to train at if you could survive their damage. So were areas like Crows, Lanterns, Kappas, Himes, etc. When they were originally added, those areas were all great. BB has screwed them over to be not as good, because they have too many mixed level monsters, but when they were new....they were far better than any other area available at the time.

When they were added to GMS, they took away everything that was great about them. Monsters that gave exceptional EXP like Crows were nerfed so badly that they were worthless, but when they were in JMS they were great.

They still do it today. Familiars expire? What? That doesn't happen in JMS...and to have a boss monster's card expire when they take months to get to drop...that's just awful.

As for this exclusive content....whether it's going to be two classes or one...I suppose we'll find out tomorrow when they update the teaser page.

So let me get this straight.

JMS got Amoria, we got Mushroom Shrine.

We got the censored version of Showa Town a year before Big Bang came along, guess what JMS got... Crimsonwood. (I was actually wrong about saying Neo City being the exchange for Crimsonwood on Basil.) I'm not kidding at all. Crimsonwood is the exchange for Showa Town, yet you guys were outright demanding that we get Future Tokyo, which (I hate to say this, but...) is not the exchange for Crimsonwood. If we did get Kaede Castle earlier on, there should be no way we could have gotten Neo City. (To save you guys the accusation of me demanding that Future Tokyo needs to be released in the first place, I'm going to have to say this right here, right now: I didn't demand that it needs to be released Prior to Big Bang. I told you guys to wait till we get Kaede Castle so that we can get Future Tokyo. I WAS however demanding that Neo City needs to be removed since we got Kaede Castle, which unfortunately won't happen.)

Masteria is the area I never bothered going there. The reason why is that after Haunted Mansion was released, my hopes with Masteria hit rock bottom, telling me to stop going there and never cared for it again. If Haunted Mansion isn't kept permanent in the first place, it wouldn't have stopped me from going there (except for the fact that I became a hypocrite and trained my Axe Crusader to level 70.)

Going by an average through their history, no. Going by the last few months, hell yes.

Well, it's definitely two classes. But Shrine Maiden is at the end of the month, and seems like a new boss next month.

The Hayato sprite looks like a jumping Polearm Slash, and the Kanna sprite looks like a generic mage end-cast sprite.

At least, that's how I see it going based on pretty much no reference since I'm posting from work, but that's what it looks like to me.
