"Block" = ban.
"Disconnected" = d/ced.

Hmmmh, well that clears up that theory. Though I don't think I have ever heard anyone getting banned when the message was "Disconnected".

this and what the other guy said, from what i've heard, the ban comes from "blocked" but not every time, i've also gotten both (blocked much less often) thanks a lot beholder ~_~

Anyway, I just wanted to say this: Nexon may still be milking MapleStory (and its other games) for what it's worth, but they're doing it... better? That's how I want to say it, and that's how it feels. To me, at least.

Well my ticket is work in progress as of today. After 5 days, not bad at all. I really hope I can get some compensation lol

Opened a ticket about changing my email, got a reply back the next day asking for more info. Gave my info, got a response the next day saying that i need to choose a different email, so i did. Got my email changed within the day.

I was really impressed and happy with how fast they sorted it out for me

Yeah same. Well let's hope we'll get something atleast. When I saw it change from "open" to "work in progress" i though... "dam maybe they've really changed"

I've had my ticket regarding my error code:51 set as a "work in progress" for the past 3 or 4 days... nexon set it as such, but never said anything. My ticket's been untouched since.

Just got a reply from a GM but kinda dissapointing... I replied back saying that please, that I just realized it . I hope I get something...

Been waiting three weeks now. All of my tickets are still open, never even made it to work in progress.

I didn't get shet... they replied already to what I said and they said they can't do anything cuz I didnt report within "7 days of the account being hacked"..... Well I guess im fucked ... I find it not fair though.

My old ticket is labeled as work in progress since 5 months. Doesn't mean anything.
