Diablo3 class thread

DH aren't OP anymore; our main game deals with evasive tactics, movement speed, and discipline/disc regen. That's the whole point of the class. To BE an archer. I'm sorry you barbs are having a hard time, but your game is pure melee/mid-ranged and you know as well as we do that DH can't tank. So I don't see what the issue is between class oppositions. Devise a strategy and learn a proper pattern to achieve your kill. We died in one hit, you guys can survive a hit. That's the difference.

It's not ideal to do so. I was a tank DH pre-patch. Now I've become full glass cannon. It's more effective imo. Plus with the dumbass drop rates I haven't even bothered getting on to play Act 3 now that it serves no purpose. Thus I wouldn't be able to change off my gear for resist/vit again if I wanted to. By tanking DH I mean you have the DPS output, health and armor/resist. My specs pre patch were 70k un-SS, 45k health, 700 physical resist, 5k-ish armor but had dreaded crit damage. Had 38% crit rate but only 150% crit damage. I swapped out most of my IAS gear for new IAS gear that also has crit chance/damage, so I lost most of my resist/health/armor to fine tune my character so that I can still down the butcher in 20 seconds at least still. Haven't gotten on lately though, no motivation.

But at the same time, they just hotfix most majorly game-breaking pomegranate anyway. So does it really matter?

I'm glad I finished farming Sarkoth last week. >_>

So I think repair costs are in a pretty good place now. Once they get some preliminary balancing work done and fix the drop rates, I think the endgame will feel pretty good.

Messing around with my crit build. I found out that Energy Twister procs Critical Mass like crazy, so that will my main attack skill now.

Supposedly 1.0.3b will hit this week and will fix the A3/4 loot drop issue.

Ghom fight is pretty fun disregarding the fact that I can't finish it. Guess I'm a masochist though.

Cleared inferno on wiz yesterday. Working on barb now and he's up to act3.

Yes, this is on a Monk. I don't have enough LoH to tank through the gas, and I can only bring him down to ~25% with kiting before he enrages. I can't get a weapon upgrade since I don't have enough money to buy one with good LoH, but I'm looking at getting more DEX gear since mine is abysmal apparently.

LMAO! He's spot on. I honestly like D2 more than D3 and would've settled for a D2 remastered version or something with half the wait time. D3 is pretty much a staller for the Mist of Pandaria expansion coming to WoW.
