The "What to Buy" Thread

Hi, I noticed that the pirate section doesn't have a "what to buy" thread, so I made one.

I'll start off.

300m pure so far (still merchanting)

What upgrade/get from the following gear? :

10 DEX level 20 earrings => 11 DEX maybe?
4 Atk 6 DEX Pink Adv. Cape
19 DEX sauna robe => 22/23 DEX maybe?
10 Atk Work gloves => 11, 12 or 13 Atk?

I still don't have

Zakum helmet => obtain at 50
Face => 5 DEX?
Shoes => 2 Atk 3 DEX?

Which should I buy first, and what will the cost be?

Itd be good to know what yo are and what build style.

But, the 4 att cape, id look to sell it and upgrade to a 8-10 DEX, which should be easier to find on Bera. The sauna should be atlease 20 to be safe, and the WG is as good as you can get.

As for the shoes, aim for at least 10 jump, itll be nice if you have max dash, so youll pretty much have haste along with the bathrobe.

I say save your mesos for knuckle scrolls when they become more available. For now, the cheapest/most effect upgrade you could do would be a new glove. It would cost you about 120m to upgrade from 10->12 atk if you sell your 10 atk. Stompers would give u a similar upgrade for almost 3x the cost, so I vote no to stompers. Upgrading the earrings would cost u like 40m for 1 dex?? umm no. The cape might be your next choice after the glove.

Upgrade glove, and save the rest for weapon scrolls is my vote.

What should i get? A str top? Or a dex bottom?

If you can use the stats equally (adjusted base stats to fit) the str top will be more economical, a 14-15 str top probably costs 1/5 as much as a 14-15 dex bottom.

I would suggest saving and merchanting, then buy a zhelm when you are able to. Also, if you are a brawler, use what class overall you can until you have a good outlook onto what build type you will have, because dexless might be harder if you run into MISS issues, but with normal/low dex, you may have a hard time scrolling overalls as the overall STR scrolls have both started to be used way more, and the price is going up.

Oh ok, i think im will just go with the str top since i am going to be low dex. Btw im a brawler

is aoc power leveling and age of conan power leveling the same mean??

K, I'm a stupid level 30 gunslinger. I have a clean White Maple Bandana, clean level 30 gun, clean level 20 shoes, using level 10 bullets, and 10 DEX 10 speed robe thing. And a 10 avoid cape. The only thing I have that is scrolled is my 10 attack work glove. Though I only have 60m in funding right now, I still have about $75 to blow on Gach. What should I buy while I'm waiting to spend my $75 on Gach?

By the way, I already have clean guns up until level 70 and a Deputy Pendant.
