Speaking of classes... A Nexon Japan employee Tweeted some time ago about maybe a class being made outside of the framework of the Warrior/Magician/Bowman/Thief/Pirate classes. I may have just misunderstood it, though. I'll have to dig that up again...

I'm kinda hoping with all this each division of Nexon with their own classes will make ALL the 5 Renegades. Instead of 5 per Neon division, which I think would be overkill...

GMS has a hard on for aliens, but that is a cool idea if they do tie-in events, but at this point nobody is right we will find out in a few weeks.

JMS is the most creative version...they always create the craziest non-canon stuff. Even GMS comes out with better exclusive stuff than most other versions, I always put the most confidence that JMS is gonna do something interesting since they have the best stuff (weren't familiars and androids from them)?

Familiars were from JMS, but Androids were from KMS.

Ah, well JMS did get Neo Tokyo too and familiars are a godsend. GMS exclusives had the best story quality of anything seen in any maple version, but I couldn't see our version rolling out something like familiars in a way that would have seemed...right.

My realistic guess is it will be the "tutorial maps" before you (Jett) invades the Maple World.

Pretty sure the pirate/thief revamp is apart of this "Renegades" patch.

Either that or Phantom is going to have to have some serious recoding when he steals Thief and Pirate skills o-o.

Since pirates and thieves are pretty much outlaws, they'll probably spin it with Jett as the "over run by outlaws" theme.

And once he says those things, threads appear all over basil, and those ideas spread in the game. He talks with a majority of facts to a decent audience, even though you can tell he has a negative spin he also is able to throw in complete fabrications that sound true. It's not like this somehow makes a big difference, but it's annoying for people who actually like posting in forums and have to deal with the endless misconceptions floating around.
