What does that do? Trying to figure out what the "hcProp (10)" for Soul Eater is, since I don't really see anything wrong with it, unless it's a "10% chance to 'stun' the target".

Neither that or do something about energy charging for us buccs , it's impossible to charge without dying before unless nobody is focused on you for some reason , I saw some korean bucc that got charged but died right after , so she wouldn't have ping like me , so still impossible for korean players

Losing 30 atk , all our mobility unless using dash , and the ability to use laser is very , very annoying , I became charged once and I killed many times with laser before dying , but that's no reason for not being able to become charged almost ever , leave the bar intact between deaths or something

Yeah, either let us keep our charge as we die or give us more charge per kill/hit. If they are that worried laser is that OP nerf it a bit in pvp. like gosh its no worse than an immune phantom that can basically stun glitch you with ult drive.

Yep , or make energy charge passive in pvp ( wouldn't be too imba tbh ) and add a cd to laser

Here's what I got. They are OP in PvP mainly because their evasion rate is high, I've seen videos of Phantoms in PvP and 4/5, they are rarely hit. They have little delay on their skills and Ultimate Drive is a peach there.

well , yea , that's a level 200 funded people battle , but most phantoms can down you in a fair fight spamming ultimate drive or the corsair skill , you won't ever touch them with all the avoid. If you do get a lucky streak of hits , however , you can down them really fast , but that's pure luck , they have to balance that
